LIBERTY FOR THE FIRSTBORN CHILD

'For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.' - Romans 8 vs 29

Hello Dearly Beloved in the LORD Jesus, what I share with You right now is a word targeted by the Spirit of GOD to bring to an end to the fear of failure and waste among brethren who are the firstborn in their earthly family backgrounds. Be Blessed and do ensure to share with someone else for his or her blessing and uplifting.
There is a popular saying that everyone who is the firstborn child of any family has a curse that follows him or her, and sadly, Christians buy to that knowledge. I found out that they got this knowledge from the part of the scriptures that tells us how Jacob cursed his firstborn son Reuben {Genesis 49 vs 3}, and by reason of that, been that Jacob was a seed of Isaac who was a seed of Abraham, every firstborn therefore who has a part in the lineage of Jacob is cursed. Uhmmmm, let's see something;

'Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.' - Galatians 3 vs 16 {KJV}

Now this would interest you to know that Isaac is not the seed of Abraham! Isaac was not the seed GOD promised Abraham. - Selah. Now notice in that passage above, it clearly tells us that the seed GOD promised Abraham was Christ. I didn't say so, the Bible said it, it's right there. Christ was the seed GOD promised to give to Abraham not Isaac. Now who's Isaac, he was only a physical representation of the actual promise which he was not, he was a shadow of that which was to come which was Christ. You see? I said this to establish a foundational truth. Now let's proceed.

Now by reason of this, many buy into the thought that every firstborn child got a problem and needs a special deliverance, and by reason of that knowledge which they have accepted as truth, their lives are affected, held in bondage in their minds, not because they believed the truth, but because what you believe in takes a hold of your mind and therefore has power over your life. A renowned preacher of the Gospel names Joseph Prince made an awesome statement, he said if you believe right you live right; on the other hand, if you believe wrong, you live a wrong life. - Selah. That's it.

Let's look at our opening scripture;

'For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.' - Romans 8 vs 29 {KJV}

Did you notice something right there? Christ is called the firstborn! -Selah. Let's look at another scripture;

'To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,' - Hebrews 12 vs 23 {KJV}

You noticed it again? It talked about the church of the Firstborn. Who's the firstborn as discussed there? JESUS! If you look through out the new testament, JESUS is been referred to as the firstborn. Now this may come to your mind, the firstborn of what? That brings us to another discussion. JESUS coming on Earth was to establish the Kingdom of GOD in the Earth;
 
'Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.' - Matthew 6 vs 10 {KJV}

That was the LORD talking, HE didn't ask HIS disciples to tell GOD to bring HIS kingdom, no, instead HE said, thy kingdom come, because HE brought the kingdom to Earth, in other words, HE came to Earth to establish GOD'S family. - Selah. It's cul to know that in a family, there are Parents, and there are Children, and among the children, there is a firstborn. - Selah. Now GOD is the Father, and JESUS is the firstborn among many children (brethren). You see? That's what our opening scripture depicts by calling JESUS the firstborn among many brethren. - Selah

Therefore Beloved, no matter your position in your family (earthly), whether you be the firstborn child, once you are born again, you are now en-grafted into the family of GOD, where GOD is the Father (Parent), and JESUS is the firstborn. O my God, by reason of that, if it's true that there's a curse on a firstborn child, that curse is no longer on you because you ceased to be the firstborn when you came into this Glorious family. - Selah. Now let's see this;

'Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree' - Galatians 3 vs 13 {KJV}

I love what it says, being made a curse for us. You see that, he has carried the curse of us all which includes the curse of the firstborn child if at all there's indeed any such thing. You see, so when you came into this Glorious family of GOD, that curse on you been the firstborn child was lifted because in this family there's a firstborn who has borne the curse of the firstborn child already so that we would never bear it anymore. Hallelujah!
