ONE VIRTUE WE CAN TAKE FROM JESUS

'And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.' - John 8 vs 23

Hello Dearly Beloved in the LORD, I believe this virtue that I show unto you in this piece is one we Believers should take from the LORD and practice in our daily lives.

All through the writings of the Gospel Books which are Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, in which contains the events of JESUS on the Earth and HIS words, we see one ting about the way JESUS spoke, HE spoke TRUTHS! And not only was HE wont to talking TRUTHS, that HE did boldly. Reading from our opening scripture, you can imagine the audacity, the confidence and boldness, declaring that HE was from Above! Another passage I love so much in this same Book and Chapter is the verse 55 which says;

'Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.' - {KJV}

HE confidently affirmed, 'I know HIM'! Then HE says, if I say I know HIM not, I shall be a liar just like you. Waow!

Believers should come to that point where their mouths are full of the TRUTH of the WORD. Not until the WORD of GOD is your unconscious confession, you have not been convinced about it. One word I know I catch myself (Jenning) saying even unconsciously is; 'O Heaven, thank you Father.' You see? My heart has so much been rooted and established in the knowledge of HIS Grace, Righteousness and Salvation, that all fears of hell has been totally obliterated; all of my being now knows they've got a Home in HEAVEN, they are very aware of that, that even unconsciously, my mouth makes that thanksgiving confession. Hallelujah Praise GOD. What's your own unconscious declaration of the WORD? How much you have been convinced of the WORD spoken or written concerning you will determine how much of it is in your lips. - Selah. Remember, 'Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.'

JESUS was more than convinced of who HE was, and you can see that by carefully taking a look at that statement in the verse 15 I showed to you; '...and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him...' You can imagine what a statement! That shows conviction, little wonder HE couldn't say anything less through out HIS time on Earth. Glory to GOD!

Therefore Beloved, this is the one virtue we should take from JESUS and use in our day to day lives, that we fill our spirits and souls with conviction of HIS WORD concerning us, Believing every bit of it no matter how simple and unbelievable it is, because the WORD of Grace can of a Truth be unbelievable at times. They came to JESUS and asked HIM, Master what good works must we do to inherit Heaven? And they expecting JESUS to add some more Laws to them like Moses, see what JESUS said in reply;

'Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.' - John 6 vs 29 {KJV}

Isn't that unbelievable? Just to Believe? Yea. Believing with your Heart every word of Grace spoken and written concerning you will build your heart with conviction and you will find yourself talking them boldly just like JESUS irrespective of the doubts or trials satan might bring at you through any means. - Selah

GOD Bless You.
