'Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.' - Hebrews 13 vs 9
Hello Dearly Beloved. It's a victory report I bring to you, CHRIST has done it all, and we are convinced in our inner man that we are saved by HIS works. Read this and be Lifted.
Our ipening Scripture says that it is a good thing for the heart to be established with grace. What does that mean? The Revised Standard Version of the Bible puts it clearly, it says;
' ...for it is well that the heart be strengthened by grace...'
You see, strength there speaks of conviction. So He says that it is a good thing for the heart to have it's conviction in Grace and not in good works. That's actually the context with which the Apostle gave that exhortation.
Maybe you are currently at a point where your conscience keeps reminding you of your sins and failings, leaving you in doubts as to whether you will make it into the Kingdom of Heaven. Hey my Dear, it is a good thing for the heart to find it's conviction in Grace. Isn't that what we read? Now this is Grace for you to rest your heart upon continually and receive GOD'S own witness and evidence of Salvation and Eternal Safety in your innermost man;
'In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.' - Jeremmiah 33 vs 16 {KJV}
If you are an adhent follower of this Blog, you must have been familiar with this Scripture by now. Yea. This Scripture brought a whole Peace into my Life. This scripture is the entire summary of the Grace of GOD revealed in Christ Jesus. - Selah
Now, If the LORD is your Righteousness before GOD, it means you are perfect all round before HIM, in words, thoughts and actions. Therefore rest your heart on the Strength of this Word continually. When that voice of condemnation arises, when that ill voice that reminds you of your sins shows up, fall back your mind on the Truth that Christ is your Righteousness before GOD, therefore you have absolute Peace with GOD because Christ is Perfectly Righteous, therefore you are perfectly Righteous also before GOD. That's Grace, and that's why we call it Grace. Unmerited, not worked for, freely given, Not deserved. Hallelujah!
I believe the LORD is working Peace in you by reason of this Word which you have just received.
GOD has Blessed you.
