'For Moses of old time hath in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every sabbath day.' - Acts 15 vs 21
Hello Dearly Beloved in the LORD JESUS. I Believe the Holy Spirit will instruct us in a special way with the Words written as follows. GOD Bless You.
This is a brief one, and our opening passage shows us how that in the old days, Moses had men and woman who preached Him in every city. Is that not amazing? In every city He was preached. Waow. What does it mean that Moses was preached? It simply means that the Law which off course came by Moses was preached in every city. Beloved it is amazing when I see that even in our day, many still preach Moses. - Selah. Comeon, this is no longer the era of Moses, the era of the Law is passed, now and forever is the era of the Abundant Grace of GOD revealed in CHRIST JESUS. Little wonder the Prophet Isaiah speaking by the Holy Spirit in the Book of Isaiah 53 vs 8 said 'Who shall declare HIS Generation?' Who shall preach HIM, who shall declare HIS works, who shall tell of what HE has done...Who? - Selah
If the people Preached Moses out of fear for Him, how much more will we Preach JESUS because of HIS Love for us. Because we know HE Loves us and never condemns us, we Preach HIM aloud; HE'S too good a news! Hallelujah!
Now is the time for GOD'S Ministers every where to take heed to their gospel. Does the message you preach convict of sin or convicts of Righteousness? Does your message make the sinner never wanna come to Church again or makes the sinner wanna come again and again? I Love what the Bible records in the Book of Acts 13 vs 42;
'And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.' - {KJV}
You see that? The gentiles (who were called sinners) were glad about the message which Paul and Barnabas preached to them, and they desired (pleaded) with them that those words be preached to them the next sabbath. O I Love it. Why? Is it that the message made them comfortable in their sins (as many think)? O no! It was too good a message, for the first time the people heard someone say you don't have to keep Moses Laws, all you have to do is Believe in the Name of JESUS, and the Salvation that was intended to be attained (in a shadow) by the keeping of all Moses Laws will be given to you. Just like that. {Acts 13 vs 39, Acts 15 vs 23 - 29}. What?! It was too good a message! They wanted to hear it again and again and again! If you read the verse 31 of the same chapter 15 of the Book of Acts, you will see that the Gentiles (the so called sinners) rejoiced and were consoled at the message which the Apostles brought them. And by that Gospel, they were translated into the KINGDOM. That's the Gospel. If people are not lifted of their guilt and burdens and feel forgiven, then that's not the Gospel been preached. Sir/Ma, what do you preach? This is the time for us everywhere to take heed to ourselves and to the doctrines we uphold, that they are the very Revelation of CHRIST JESUS. Just as Moses had men everywhere, in every city that Preached Him (The Law), comeon, let's Preach JESUS everywhere, in every city, in every town, in every Nation, in every country, let's proclaim the work on the Cross! Yes let's do it. let's go.
GOD Bless You.
